Psych Help Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative and compassionate team. As a remote-based clinician, you will operate in a flexible telehealth environment, which allows you to connect with clients effectively while maintaining a work-life balance. Our practice's operational hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend sessions based on client needs. Our approach harnesses technology to provide accessible counseling services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need, regardless of their circumstances.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, review challenges, and ensure their treatment plan is effectively addressing their needs.
• Design, implement, and regularly assess person-centered treatment plans that align with clients' goals and foster personal growth.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes for each client to track their development and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, focusing on tailored intervention strategies and techniques suited to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in regular individual supervision and collaborative team meetings to refine skills and share insights that optimize patient care.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare providers to holistically address client needs and enhance treatment protocols.

You will primarily work with adults, children, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client-centric approach ensures that we tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each client, promoting their overall well-being through effective therapeutic practices.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing direct psychotherapy services in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and digital tools including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective case management and documentation.
• Skillfulness in performing intake assessments and conducting individual therapy sessions confidently.

• Experience working within telehealth frameworks to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
• Familiarity with a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches tailored to various patient needs.
