Serve as Team Lead and Primary Clinician for all ESMI clients.
Collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly to staff cases and ensure services are provided in accordance with the ESMI STAR model.
Facilitate weekly supervisions, provide training and continuing education for new providers, and monitor incoming referrals to ensure timely client engagement.

About your Role:
Our ESMI program delivers services to clients ages 15-30 years old experiencing first episode psychosis. The ESMI program uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to avoid partial hospitalization, incarceration, residential care, or hospitalization. This program also assists clients stepping down from these higher levels of care. ESMI is a team focused program consisting of a therapist, supported education, employment specialist, Nurse Practitioner, and Peer providers. As the Clinician working with the client, you will specifically focus on their therapeutic needs and collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly to staff cases for optimal effectiveness and success.
