What is a remote intake attorney?

A Remote Intake Attorney is a legal professional who works primarily online or over the phone to assess potential clients' legal needs and determine if a law firm can assist with their case. They conduct initial consultations, gather relevant information, and help decide whether a case should move forward. Working remotely, they often serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient and thorough evaluation before referring the case to the appropriate legal team.
