Position Overview

The Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time, remote telehealth position. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate appointments and deliver counseling services. We utilize state-of-the-art teleconferencing tools and electronic health record systems to streamline client interactions and documentation, allowing counselors to focus on what they do best: providing impactful mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, establishing strong rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and any upcoming appointments, ensuring a thorough understanding of their journey.
  • Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans that address client needs and goals, monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Keep accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, fulfilling all legal and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and current mental health concerns.
  • Engage in regular individual therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and interventions.
  • Participate in continuous supervision for professional growth and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to optimize client care.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking new knowledge and skills to enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with an outpatient population, encompassing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Must hold an unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • At least one year of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient clinical setting after obtaining licensure.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, including electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and basic office software such as spreadsheets and email clients.
  • Experience conducting clinical intake assessments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
