This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Utilizing secure video conferencing for therapy sessions, you’ll engage directly with clients, monitoring their progress and providing ongoing support. Our digital platform ensures that documentation, scheduling, and communication are conducted in a secure environment, maintaining the highest professional standards.

• Conduct initial video intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health symptoms, functional capabilities, and daily routines.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic activities tailored to fit seamlessly into clients' everyday lives.
• Provide real-time guidance and psychoeducation through our digital platform, ensuring that clients receive immediate and relevant support throughout their journey.
• Track client engagement via data analysis and clinical assessments to continuously refine care strategies and promote effective outcomes.
• Recognize and celebrate clients’ milestones while collaboratively addressing potential challenges that might hinder their progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and uphold clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state law.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Participate in regular case reviews and continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best practices and enhance professional skills.

You will primarily work with diverse clients who experience various mental health challenges and substance use issues, ensuring that individualized care is at the heart of our treatment programs. Our clients range from those seeking to overcome anxiety and depression to individuals addressing the complexities of trauma and co-occurring disorders. You will play a crucial role in guiding these clients toward recovery while navigating the obstacles in their unique journeys.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, possessing a current and valid state licensure.
• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience with an active LCSW or higher credential.
• A solid foundation in providing therapy via digital platforms is essential for effective client engagement.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective rapport building with clients.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Experience in simulation-based education and providing clinical supervision is highly regarded.
