As a Clinical Social Worker in our remote setting, you will leverage secure video technology to conduct therapy sessions and intake assessments in a confidential manner. • Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their mental health symptoms, routine behaviors, and lifestyle factors that impact their well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, integrating therapeutic activities that participants can incorporate into their daily lives.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients through our digital platform, facilitating psychoeducation, program adjustments, and real-time encouragement.
• Utilize engagement data and clinical assessments to monitor client progress, continuously optimizing care plans based on individual outcomes.
• Work proactively to celebrate client achievements while addressing and troubleshooting any barriers to engagement with sensitivity and compassion.
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records to document interactions and treatment history, ensuring all documentation meets professional standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, fellow social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to care.
• Participate in case review meetings and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in clinical social work.

In this role, you will primarily focus on clients grappling with a range of behavioral health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, substance dependencies, and trauma-related challenges. You will engage with individuals who are seeking support through difficulty periods, providing therapeutic intervention that is essential for their recovery and well-being. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of these clients, aiding their journeys toward improved mental health and stability.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, along with a current state license in good standing.
• At least two years of clinical social work experience is essential, possession of an LCSW or comparable licensure is preferred.
• Strong technological proficiency to navigate digital platforms for client engagement, documentation, and communication effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and teamwork.
• Demonstrated reliability and a strong motivation to exceed expectations in providing care and support.
• A commitment to collaborative working relationships with colleagues to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

• Experience with simulation-based education in social work settings is advantageous.
• Background in providing clinical supervision to peers or interns is highly valued.

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
