• Maintain a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and trust while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and schedule future appointments, ensuring a smooth transition upon discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that are centered around the specific needs and goals of each client.

Your primary focus will be on youth clients, which may include children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. • A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and provision of both individual and group therapy approaches.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for documentation and client management; basic computer skills are essential.
