• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality virtual psychotherapy services, primarily to adults aged 18 and older, via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and ethical standards.
• Effectively manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, providing ongoing support and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to discuss cases, share knowledge, and uphold best practices in therapy.
• Actively collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for clients.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse adult population, including individuals from various backgrounds and with varied mental health challenges. Experience or sensitivity in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as issues specifically related to men's mental health, while not mandatory, is highly valued. The role allows for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by addressing their specific needs and challenges.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Working knowledge of the impacts of demographic factors on mental health treatment outcomes.
• Possession of current professional malpractice insurance.

• Experience serving clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and knowledge of their specific mental health challenges.
• Prior work experience addressing men's mental health issues is advantageous.
• Demonstrated competence in treating diverse populations with varied backgrounds and experiences.
