Our team handles essential tasks such as new client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance audits, allowing you to concentrate fully on providing exceptional care to your clients.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain an active caseload of at least 25 clients while providing ongoing assessments and adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Engage in continual professional development through participation in trainings and team meetings to stay current with best practices in social work.
• Document client interactions and progress notes diligently in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization to enhance client services and connect clients with additional resources as needed.
• Support the organization’s mission by actively participating in marketing efforts and outreach to uphold community awareness of available services.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily focus on providing therapeutic services to adults aged 18 and older from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your expertise in understanding and addressing the unique needs of various populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health issues, will significantly contribute to enhancing our service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license to practice in Massachusetts.
• At least three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapy techniques.
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy to a client base aged 18 and above.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from minority and diverse populations.

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Expertise in addressing men’s mental health issues.
