• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and condition.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, regularly updating care plans to reflect changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and effective resource utilization for ongoing treatment.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment options, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication.
• Act as an advocate for patients, facilitating communication between care teams and external agencies to address and resolve any barriers to effective treatment.
• Engage with community resources and support services, personally referring clients to additional resources, such as local treatment programs and support groups.
• Document all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and bereavement support as needed, utilizing strong crisis management skills to ensure client safety.

You will work with a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, navigating various mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Your role is crucial in enhancing client outcomes, as you will employ therapeutic techniques that directly impact their emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or licensed psychologist in the state of Illinois.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to manage patient information efficiently.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Knowledge of local community mental health resources and services to aid client referrals.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or a similar clinical background.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Previous experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. We ensure that you have the resources you need to thrive in your role, including:
