This full-time position involves providing virtual therapy services to a diverse clientele, with a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation through our secure EHR system.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to support patient goals through multidisciplinary approaches.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote the organization’s services and develop relationships that facilitate client engagement.

You will work with a varied patient population, predominantly adults aged 18 and older, addressing issues including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Experience or willingness to work with the LGBTQIA+ community and knowledge of men’s mental health issues is valued, as we aim to provide inclusive and culturally competent care. Our commitment to serving diverse populations drives our outreach and care strategy, ensuring equitable access to mental health support.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Illinois is necessary to apply.
• Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical counseling experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in therapeutic methods such as CBT or Psychodynamic Therapy is essential.

• Experience engaging with the LGBTQIA+ community and providing culturally relevant interventions is preferred.
• Previous work with men’s mental health issues is an asset.
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by minority populations will enhance the therapeutic relationship.
• Clinical malpractice insurance is required to practice.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
