• Conduct thorough assessments and make diagnoses based on established guidelines, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that consider patients' cultural diversity and special needs.
• Continuously evaluate and monitor patients' progress, utilizing evidence-based methods and interventions to support their mental health journey.
• Prepare and maintain meticulous treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to craft personalized treatment plans that resonate with their aspirations, aligning alongside agreed-upon outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals to external services and foster supportive connections between patients and treatment providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
• Mentor and support students and interns by providing educational opportunities while also engaging in peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration to enhance team member development.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your practice will entail creating an inclusive atmosphere that respects cultural differences and promotes safe, healing environments for all clients. The goal is to empower individuals to navigate their mental health challenges effectively and lead enriching lives.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license to practice in California.
• Proven capability to deliver patient-centered care while considering the psychosocial factors influencing health and well-being.
• Strong comprehension of human behavior across the life span, with an emphasis on aging processes and cultural dimensions.

• At least six months to one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, demonstrating familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Experience in documenting treatment processes using electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
• An understanding of community resources and referral processes would be a valuable asset.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
