Your responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include but are not limited to:

• Engaging in weekly collaborative meetings with fellow therapists and healthcare team members, contributing to interdisciplinary treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Meeting organizational productivity standards as defined in annual performance appraisals, with a keen focus on ensuring high-quality clinical care.

This role primarily targets individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the State of California.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, healthcare providers, and patients, demonstrating a patient-first approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity and effectiveness in therapeutic interactions.

While the following are not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be highly regarded:

• Experience working within a telehealth or virtual care setting.
• Specializations or training in specific therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health record systems, facilitating a seamless workflow.
