Summary: 
The Insurance Team Lead will lead group of similar employees from a specific product line within Huntington Insurance. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will lead the colleagues in Service Excellence and provide needed training and ensure operational efficiencies within that group. 
  • Career path to Section Manager. 
  • This position will gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as leadership skills develop under the guidance of Section Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience 
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • P&C Insurance License
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • Effective at multi-tasking
  • Proven track-record of meeting production goals
