Braver Perspective, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our remote team in providing high-quality mental health care. This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that our clients receive timely care. While the outpatient office setting is virtual, the connection and relationship-building are maintained through teletherapy platforms, making access easier for clients and facilitating communication between the team members. You will enjoy minimal administrative burdens, allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.

• Utilize a variety of data-driven approaches to continuously assess and adapt treatment plans based on client responses to therapy.
• Tailor therapeutic techniques to meet individual client needs, demonstrating versatility in clinical approaches that may shift between patients or sessions.
• Engage in crisis management by providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.
• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments, developing treatment strategies addressing various mental health disorders.
• Conduct weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure clients are receiving the support they need.
• Implement behavior modification strategies and collaborate closely with case management teams to enhance patient care initiatives.
• Comfortably utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote communication tools to document sessions and maintain client records.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, catering to individuals from various backgrounds experiencing issues such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and grief. Our patients benefit from personalized treatment approaches that respect their individual experiences and preferences, with a strong emphasis on cultivating a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations is mandatory.
• Proficiency in various psychotherapeutic modalities, demonstrating familiarity with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage interruptions, maintaining a high standard of care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through a third party.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience working with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• History of successfully managing a full caseload while maintaining high client satisfaction rates.
