Job description

Benefits:
  • Commission Based
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Profit sharing
  • Training & development

What's In It for You
  • Unlimited earning potential — your commission ceiling is yours to set
  • Leads provided — a fed pipeline from day one, no cold prospecting required
  • Full remote flexibility — work from anywhere with a real team behind you
  • Multi-carrier access — never be stuck with one answer for a client
  • Weekly team connection — structured video calls to keep you sharp and supported
  • A brand worth representing — Ramsey Trusted Pro, advisor-first, built on trust

Built for Someone Who Wants to Earn What They're Worth
If you've been at a captive carrier — State Farm, Allstate, Farmers — you know the frustration. Rates go up, the product doesn't fit, and your hands are tied. You can't shop the market. You just hope they stay.
That's not how we work. At Kent Family Insurance Group, we're independent — multiple carriers, working for the client, not for one company. When a renewal comes in high, we find a better option. Our job is to solve problems, not sell products.
This is a commission-only, fully remote W-2 position. If that excites you, keep reading.
What You'll Do
As our Personal Lines Producer, you'll convert warm leads into long-term clients. We generate the leads — you work them. Our active lead pipeline keeps producing; your job is to show up with discipline, ask great questions, and close with integrity.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls with inbound and referred prospects
  • Quote across multiple carriers to find the best fit
  • Present recommendations clearly — no jargon, no pressure
  • Follow up persistently until the client is protected or has decided
  • Bundle home and auto where it serves the client
  • Represent KFIG with professionalism in every interaction
This is a fully remote role. Our sales team connects weekly via video call — beyond that, you run your own day.
How You'll Be Compensated
Commission Structure (monthly written premium):

  • 4% up to $30K | 5% at $30K–$60K | 6% at $60K–$100K | 7% above $100K
Bonus Commission:

  • +1% on self-generated leads (from your own prior relationships, outside agency-provided leads)
  • +1% on bundled Home & Auto policies
A producer working agency leads, bundling households, and growing their own referrals has a clear path to six-figure income. Commissions paid on the 15th of the following month.

Who You Are

You're a fit if you:

  • Hold an active P&C license and have personal lines experience
  • Ask questions before jumping to solutions
  • Are self-directed, persistent without being pushy, and motivated by income potential — not income security
  • Take pride in representing a brand clients genuinely trust
You're probably not a fit if you:

  • Need a guaranteed base salary
  • Struggle with remote accountability or self-direction
  • Prefer transactional speed over consultative depth

About Kent Family Insurance Group
We're an independent P&C agency based in Magnolia, TX — a Ramsey Trusted Pro built on honest advice and client-first service. Our team is small, intentional, and growing. We're building something that lasts.
Kent Family Insurance Group is an equal opportunity employer.

This is a remote position.
