Job description

Join diesle shop Marketing as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, and Cold Caller! We are on the lookout for motivated individuals to initiate conversations and generate leads with potential clients. In this dynamic role, you will reach out to businesses, introduce our innovative services, and set up meetings for our sales team. If you thrive in a remote working environment and enjoy engaging with people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build rapport with potential clients, addressing their needs and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement.
  • Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate plus commission for successful lead conversions.
