What is the role about?
The Regional Industry Business Manager is responsible for growing Endress+Hauser market share in the assigned strategic industry. This role understands the global strategy and orchestrates the translation of strategy to sales outcomes in the assigned territory.
Which tasks will you perform?
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customer engagement and representative coaching within the region
  • Design, develop, and drive sales strategies that differentiate Endress+Hauser products and solutions for industry-specific applications
  • Strengthen the skills of inside and outside sales representatives on industry processes, systems, and best practices to deliver customer value
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new project opportunities, maximizing scope and win rate through strategic collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Execute and support sales calls-both independently and with representatives-to drive business with key accounts and industry influencers
  • Capitalize on MRO, smaller capex, and EPC business with existing and potential end-user accounts, OEMs, plant builders, and systems integrators
  • Lead the local execution of new product launches and coach sales teams on positioning new technologies to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with representative management to define and execute annual regional business plans aligned with national strategies, ensuring effective vertical market coverage
  • Provide market input for short- and long-term planning, including feedback on initiatives, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Contribute to the annual and long-term national and regional industry planning processes to ensure sustained growth and alignment

What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field plus 5 years of relevant industry experience, or 7 years of such experience without formal education, is required
  • Actively worked in sales, product management or engineering role in the relevant industry
  • This role requires up to 50% travel, primarily within the U.S. Gulf Coast region, with infrequent international travel

Anticipated salary range for this position is $121,600-187,300.
