This role will be fully remote, offering a comfortable workspace from home, while also providing access to our outpatient office facilities as needed for client sessions. • Provide therapeutic services to clients using evidence-based modalities and techniques.
• Support clients in identifying and working towards their personal therapy goals through regular sessions.
• Deliver prevention-oriented counseling by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse array of additional care providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Our therapists work primarily with a varied client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing diverse challenges. Issues may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. As a vital member of our organizational team, you will assist clients in navigating through their psychological, emotional, and social hurdles to attain meaningful progress towards improved mental health.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated competence in solution-focused therapy approaches.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in outpatient or community settings.
• Experience working with diverse populations and specialized training in trauma-informed care is a plus.
• A strong commitment to collaboration and continuous professional development.

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually.
