The Inspire and Empower Counseling Center is looking for passionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors to join our remote team on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidates are Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) with at least two years of experience, who are committed to supporting the mental well-being of their clients in a flexible and supportive environment.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create your own schedule and work from home, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. • Counsel clients through individual video sessions aimed at improving mental health and enhancing personal coping strategies.
• Foster open communication by encouraging clients to share their emotions and life experiences, facilitating their insight into personal behaviors and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to articulate personal goals and developing clear treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental states and apply evidence-based interventions that yield measurable outcomes.

Your clientele will consist of stable adults who have been carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for counseling services, presenting low acuity concerns. Through our meticulous client matching system, you will work with individuals that align with your specialties and fulfill your demographic preferences, allowing for a focused and fulfilling practice.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must be fully licensed (in good standing) by the state board in Arizona to practice independently, holding one of the following licenses:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for conducting therapy sessions and managing client information.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling or related mental health fields.
• Demonstrated ability to implement solution-focused therapy techniques and evaluations.

We value our team and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and caseload. In addition, we provide:
