This role is remote, providing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred environment. • Establish and maintain a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients through effective communication and empathy.
• Conduct thorough assessments, formulate diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual and couple's therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental health and emotional wellness.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment efficacy, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and make appropriate referrals for specialized services.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Heart Mind Soul Therapy, you will encounter a varied client demographic, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples seeking improved communication, and families navigating complex emotional dynamics. Your expertise will empower them to manage mental health disorders, improve relationship dynamics, and achieve greater emotional stability.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Arizona is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire clients towards positive change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
