We function as a community health clinic, emphasizing accessibility and support for clients in diverse settings, including urban and rural areas throughout Arizona.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, adapting strategies as needed based on client progress.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all case notes reflect current client conditions and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups to nurture community and peer support among clients.

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families who face a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experiences, empowering clients to foster healing and improvement in their emotional well-being. You will work with clients seeking to develop stronger relationships, overcome personal challenges, and build resilience against stressors.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches and modalities that promote mental health healing.

While two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, we value diverse backgrounds and are open to applicants with varied experiential knowledge. Candidates demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices will be considered favorably.
