Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients' mental health needs.
  • Conduct both initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health fields.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and transitions in life. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is necessary to qualify for this role.
  • Strong understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards governing counseling practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse range of clients and facilitate therapeutic interventions.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma recovery, or substance abuse therapy is advantageous.
