• Conduct thorough initial assessments via telehealth platforms to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their preferences and values.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress through virtual follow-ups and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that care is dynamic and responsive to their evolving needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support in urgent situations, including risk assessments and suicide prevention strategies, to safeguard client well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing secure digital platforms for documentation.
