About the role:

The Sales Manager for Latin America, is a remote position responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies that promote growth and drive revenue within the region. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a thorough understanding of the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) model, B2B sales, and pharmaceutical dosage formats.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue objectives for CDMO services in Latin America.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients across the region.
  • Dosage Expertise: Leverage knowledge of dosage formats (solid oral, liquid, soft gel, gummy, etc.) to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Remote Communication: Engage and build rapport with customers and colleagues through virtual platforms.
  • Digital Tools Utilization: Use CRM and digital tools for sales presentations, client engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Apply proficiency in sales analysis tools (e.g., CRM, SAP, Tableau) to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales processes.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of sales management experience in CDMO or pharmaceutical contract manufacturing, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of dosage formats and regional market dynamics.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across Latin America.

This position is currently classified as remote.

Base Salary Range: $71,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
