You will engage in routine virtual meetings ensuring that patient care remains our paramount focus and that our therapists support one another in their endeavors.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and eligibility for services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client based on their psychiatric diagnoses.
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling.
• Document patient progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to established departmental policies and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Monitor and report outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide clients with the necessary support for a smooth transition upon completing their treatment.
• Advance care planning with clients to manage their health and wellness effectively.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure in California, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, is mandatory.
• Solid understanding and experience in integrative and client-centered therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and coordination with team members.

• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in the behavioral health field is preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing a range of mental health issues.
• Experience with electronic health record systems is a significant advantage, as it enhances our documentation and communication efficiency.
