This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while being an integral part of our outpatient team. • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions to address diverse mental health concerns, employing interventions grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Develop comprehensive patient assessments that consider psychological, social, and emotional factors to create individualized treatment plans.
• Engage in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and shared learning opportunities.
• Facilitate aftercare coordination and discharge planning to ensure ongoing support for patients transitioning out of higher levels of care.
• Complete all required documentation in accordance with clinical standards and state regulations, ensuring compliance and quality in patient care.
• Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients, promoting trust and a safe space for their healing journeys.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills to remain informed about recent developments in mental health care and therapy techniques.

The individual or family therapist in this role will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Strong understanding of mental health assessment tools, treatment methodologies, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with outpatient services.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience in a remote working arrangement is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
