Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current and active LCMHC license in Vermont.
  • Proven experience working with a varied demographic of clients in a clinical or similar setting.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
