This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own home while staying connected with colleagues and clients through state-of-the-art telecommunications and digital healthcare platforms. • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs and challenges, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapy goals, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, to facilitate sessions with individuals, couples, or families.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring client documentation is timely and thorough.
• Engage in collaborative treatment sessions with other mental health professionals, fostering a holistic approach to each client’s well-being.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, remaining current with the latest trends and advancements in mental health.

As an LCMHC at Actualized Self Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active LCMHC license within the state of Vermont is essential.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) working in a mental health counseling setting, with a strong foundation in various therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a remote work structure.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology-enhanced counseling methods.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or clients with severe mental illness is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, which reflects your expertise and dedication to our mission.
