• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to devise holistic treatment plans for clients.
• Participate actively in supervision and professional development opportunities, integrating new evidence-based practices into your therapeutic repertoire.
• Manage case loads effectively, providing support through crisis intervention when necessary, and adapting therapy sessions to dynamic client needs.

The clients at Garden of Light span a diverse spectrum, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. You will have the privilege of working with various demographics, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, ensuring that every client receives compassionate, tailored therapeutic support.

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A current state license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling or related setting, demonstrating practical application of therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on active listening and empathetic engagement.
• Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and making informed decisions to improve client outcomes.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team, fostering positive interactions in a digital environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and relevant healthcare technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
