• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to assist patients in achieving their mental wellness goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families, empowering them with tools and strategies to manage mental health concerns.
• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in fostering resilience and improvement in their overall quality of life, while addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LICSW license in the state of Vermont.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling in clinical settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate virtual therapy sessions and document care.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team approach in delivering mental health services.
