Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a range of vital responsibilities, including:

Qualifications

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
  • A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health counseling, with proven ability to implement effective strategies.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
