Position Overview

Prime Stable Psychotherapy Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health counselors to join our team as full-time Telehealth Specialists. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide exceptional mental health care to clients from the comfort of their homes, contributing significantly to their overall well-being and mental health recovery.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, enabling you to serve clients through our telehealth platform. We utilize advanced electronic health record systems, including AVATAR, to streamline client management and treatment documentation, ensuring a focus on delivering quality care rather than administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and document the assessment process from the initial consultation to the completion of treatment, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that cater to the multifaceted needs of clients, as well as couples, families, and groups, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that promote growth, healing, and insight among participants.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and address any emerging issues effectively.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to establish cohesive intervention strategies for clients with complex needs.
• Maintain communication with hospitals and other facilities for clients requiring inpatient care, coordinating follow-up and aftercare to support recovery.
• Proactively identify potential barriers to recovery and implement strategies to mitigate these challenges, including working closely with family members and caregivers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor at Prime Stable Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to telehealth allows us to reach underserved populations and provide culturally competent care that respects each client’s unique background and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure in Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with a kind and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a mental health counselor in either an in-person or teletherapy setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR or similar platforms.
• An understanding of diverse mental and emotional health issues, addiction disorders, and their interplay with physical health.
• Familiarity with guidelines set by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and a comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
