• Utilize your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments and formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses tailored to each patient's circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, which may include techniques like solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and more, to address mental health challenges effectively.

• Regularly track patients’ treatment responses and progress toward their goals, utilizing both virtual and face-to-face check-ins.
• Assist in psychotropic medication management, focusing on monitoring adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy as directed by medical professionals.

This role entails engaging with a diverse population, primarily students within the school system. As a mental health provider in an educational setting, you will address various issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges, ensuring that each student receives tailored support. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in clinical social work practices.
• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
