We're Looking For A(n): Lead Infrastructure Administrator
Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)
What You'll Be Doing: This role will oversee senior-level network management, endpoint management, server management, cloud services and platforms, disaster recovery, incident management and various vendor relationships. You will play a critical role in helping to build and orchestrate our technology environment so that it remains secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our growing consumer packaged goods organization.
Infrastructure Operations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, infrastructure, and other end-user computing environments.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including expert-level system and software design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support as required.
• Design, architect, manage, and support Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, endpoint security, identity and access management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Design, architect, manage, and support both physical and virtual servers and systems
• Develop and continually improve incident response, patch management, and production infrastructure upgrades.
• Help manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and continually improve employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint deployment and management, and fleet-wide software installations and upgrades
• Develop and continually improve technology and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Monitor network, server, and endpoint performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Support ITGC and other regulatory, compliance, and security initiatives.
Technical Support
• Act as a Senior escalation point for networking, infrastructure, endpoint, SaaS and other advanced technical issues
• Expert-level administration of lifecycle management (user and hardware onboarding, changes and offboarding) through HRIS and directory/IAM integrations.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to your teammates to help drive continuous improvement
• Provide expert-level remote support assistance for a variety of network, server, peripheral, cloud and remote infrastructure systems
• Resolve complex infrastructure challenges without unnecessarily impacting production uptime
Vendor, Asset & Infrastructure Management
• Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement workflows, and invoice review in coordination with Finance.
• Oversee hardware and software asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment, refresh, and decommission.
• Maintain disaster recovery and backup readiness; help develop and implement BDRE strategy and systems.
• Build and support routine patching and endpoint management hygiene across the fleet.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
Required:
• 5-7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure design and administration experience with 2-3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience implementing and administering either Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, or other SaaS tools at scale
• Expert-level understanding of advanced networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Expert-level understanding of IT security fundamentals: MFA, principles of least-privilege access, RBAC, endpoint hygiene, phishing defense.
• Expert-level understanding of physical plant network infrastructure, including but not limited to low-voltage networking, out-of-band management, environmental monitoring, and enterprise power management systems
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with basic technical project management at a mid-size company or larger. Ability to manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
• Provide on-site support for company office locations in El Segundo, North Hollywood, Burbank, and Chatsworth as required
• Provide remote support for company manufacturing locations in Wisconsin and Nebraska
• Maintain at least (1) week per month on-call and respond to occasional after-hours incidents as may be required.
• Position requires driving to site locations and some domestic travel (25-30%)
• Be in possession of a valid California driver's license, with a good driving record and 3 years of driving history.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
• Strong ability to create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and self-service knowledge resources for staff.
• Solid understanding of Change Management processes and procedures
• ITIL Foundation experience, certification and/or other demonstrated ITSM process discipline.
• Proficient in the setup and administration of MDM, RMM, MDR, and other related tools
• Basic familiarity with best practices for hardware and software security, PCI compliance, CCPA, GDPR, and sensitive data laws
• Expert-level understanding of virtualization software including VMware, Hyper-V, HP Morpheus, or others
• Experience providing "white glove" or executive-level IT support.
Required Education: AA Degree or AS Degree or Equivalent
Required Experience:5-7+ years of progressive hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, cloud operations, or a related field, with 2-3+ years in a senior or technical leadership capacity with direct project and deadline driven responsibilities.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

The base salary range is $126,000-$158,000, plus bonus potential.
