• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately identify client needs and concerns, developing comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to individual circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effectiveness in achieving therapeutic goals.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other social service providers to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the mental health field.
• Contribute innovative ideas to the development of treatment programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing client care and organizational efficiency.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress and ensuring their safety.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to continually bring valuable strategies into practice.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve fostering an inclusive therapeutic space that respects and embraces the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients. This commitment to cultural competence is central to effective mental healthcare delivery.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent mental health services to clients of diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families facing emotional challenges is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in client management.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients quickly, establishing a foundation of trust and openness.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and integration of new techniques into practice.

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors at Radiant Reflections Psychotherapy Center can expect an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000. In addition, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend and the ability to use our platform's services for personal mental health needs while employed.
