Cybersecurity Analyst Vulnerability Management - Secret

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst – Vulnerability Management to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Responsibilities:

  • Support the DHRA Vulnerability Management Program and assess compliance with enterprise vulnerability-management directives and DoD requirements.
  • Analyze vulnerability and security-assessment data, identify trends and systemic weaknesses, and prioritize findings based on risk and mission impact.
  • Coordinate with system owners and stakeholders on remediation, exception, and risk-reduction actions and track progress to closure.
  • Support vulnerability-related reporting and visualizations for Government and senior-leadership awareness.
  • Support penetration-testing and threat-hunting coordination when required by the cross-referenced PWS scope.
  • Perform vulnerability, web-application, and code scanning; develop remediation plans; and track, prioritize, and monitor vulnerabilities and POA&Ms to closure.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access

Compensation Range: 

  • The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $103,000 to $140,000 annually.
