The ERP Project Manager coordinates and monitors billable projects from initiation through delivery. This role involves working as a consulting team member on product creation, enhancement, or integration projects for clients.

The ERP Project Manager serves as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring all targets and requirements are met. This position requires minimal supervision and typically reports to a Service Director. Experience in software implementation or senior business consulting for software implementations is essential.

Duties are often performed at the customer's site, and the role may also include serving as a pre-sales specialist when needed. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: * Ensure billable projects remain on schedule and within budget. * Complete projects according to the agreed-upon plan, maintaining project financials and profitability, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliations, expense reports, and time approvals.

* Identify potential problems and mitigate risks. * Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members, assigning and delegating work as needed. * Prepare project status reports on progress and issues.

* Disseminate information on any problems or potential delays promptly. * Assist in pre-sales engagements where applicable. * Pursue incremental revenue by presenting and offering relevant services under the Infor Organization.

Basic Qualifications: * Experience in ERP software implementation/consulting. * Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. * Managed ERP software implementation projects.

* Experience with MS Project. * Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%. * Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is highly desired. * PMP certification is a plus. * Experience in the manufacturing and/or distribution industry.
