• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and goals.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients in a virtual environment, demonstrating the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exhibit compassion, understanding, and genuine empathy towards the experiences of clients, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage your caseload efficiently while balancing documentation and client interactions.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms, which can greatly enhance client engagement and accessibility.
• A background working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated success in developing individualized treatment plans and implementing them effectively with measurable outcomes.
