Training: Fully remote after hybrid first-day orientation, and training Qualifications: Must reside within 1 hour commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL, to go onsite for orientation/equipment pick-up, and basic training. Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Medical transcription or relevant experience in nursing, cardiology, multi-specialty, or billing/coding. Knowledge and commitment to HIPAA and HITECH policies for patient confidentiality. Proficiency in: Abstracting and indexing clinical data from medical records.

Logging information from paper charts to EHR systems or transferring between EHR platforms.
