As a SimioAccelerate Sales Manager, you will lead a team to identify and grow sales opportunities and build relationships with clients. You'll support your team as they promote and sell the Accelerate product, an agentic AI fundraising solution designed to help small and mid-sized nonprofits raise more funds with less effort. In this role, you'll handle client escalations and work closely with your team to achieve growth targets by building a pipeline of potential clients and developing relationships with client and prospect leadership.

This is a full-time, salaried, US-based remote position.

Your Impact:

  • Hire, train, and coach a sales team to achieve growth and retention targets.
  • In conjunction with sales leadership, develop, measure, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively network and develop strong relationships with prospective leaders to understand their needs and market the Accelerate solution.
  • Understand and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the Accelerate solution.
  • Assist with inbound sales calls as needed, providing excellent customer service and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Provide support and serves as an escalation point for the sales team to meet client deliverables and deadlines.
  • Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services. Lead and train the sales team on the same.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to forge strong relationships and troubleshoot issues with a positive and creative outlook.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and adapt and lead the sales team through effective change management.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Strong people management and development skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading a team and achieving organizational goals.
  • Sales experience supporting non-profit organizations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A spirit of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
