This position is fully remote, providing you the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. With all sessions conducted via secure video conferencing, you will eliminate commuting time and be able to fully focus on your clients from the comfort of your own space.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Document session details, client progress, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with clinical and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and staying updated with the latest evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our network for case consultations and referrals when necessary, creating a supportive environment for both therapists and clients.

• Utilize our in-house systems for patient scheduling and billing, allowing you to concentrate purely on client care without administrative burdens.

You will primarily work with adults from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. Our clientele often comprises individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. Your expertise will be vital in helping these clients navigate their emotional struggles, set goals, and develop coping strategies.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active professional license in one of the following categories: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients in a variety of therapeutic settings.

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with additional evidence-based interventions.

• Strong written communication skills, enabling clear documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

• A clean record without any disciplinary actions taken by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

• Experience working in a telehealth or online therapy setting, with an understanding of teletherapy best practices.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems pertinent to patient management.

• Advanced training in other therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, broadening the scope of available treatments.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
