• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to understand clients' issues accurately, crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to implement effective interventions during counseling sessions. This could include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest counseling techniques and mental health practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and continuous improvement in service provision.
• Provide clients with coping strategies, exercises, and resources to enhance their mental well-being, empowering them to take active roles in their healing processes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to external services when necessary to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Build rapport with clients by creating a safe, engaging, and non-judgmental environment that encourages openness during discussions.

Our clientele consists of a diverse group of individuals, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing unique and complex mental health challenges. You will work with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and tailor your counseling approach to their specific situations will be vital in making a meaningful impact.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
• A deep understanding of mental health issues and the skills to deliver customized, evidence-informed treatment to each client.

• Experience in a remote counseling setting is preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Previous experience working with specific populations, such as families, children, or individuals with trauma.
• Demonstrated ability to implement various therapeutic techniques, adapting approaches based on client needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
