As a remote mental health therapist, you will work primarily from home while maintaining a connection with your team via regular virtual meetings and consultations. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of your patients.

Your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at promoting the mental health of clients, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), designed to meet the individual goals of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided within the team.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to support recovery.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments to continuously improve the services offered to clients.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relational challenges. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active Washington state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A thorough understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to customize approaches to suit the unique needs of each client.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills necessary for developing effective treatment plans.
• A proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment while valuing diversity and supporting the growth of colleagues.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to specific client needs.
• Working with a diverse client base, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital tools for effective remote therapy delivery.
