One of our clients, medical devices and services company is looking for an enthusiastic System Implementation Specialist - fully remote.
** Must be authorized to work in US for ANY EMPLOYER.
ย ย  No H1 Visa support
ย for this position.
Fully remote position, with 70% travel to customers sites.
Permanent position with great benefits. Salary range 70-90K Depending on experience.
Must live near by major airport.
System Implementation Specialist
Role:
The System Implementation Specialist provides professional, hands-on support for companyโ€™s central station systems, ensuring seamless installation, integration, and performance in hospital environments. This role includes conducting site surveys, managing installations and system add-ons, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the product lifecycle. Specialists also participate in the national on-call rotation, providing after-hours support to ensure continuous uptime and customer satisfaction.
ย Requirements and Skillsยท Associate degree (minimum) or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology; Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
ยท Experience with telemetry or RF systems (minimum one year preferred).
ยท Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.
ยท Strong technical skills in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems.
ยท Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.
ยท Customer-focused, independent, and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude.
ยท Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.
Functions:ยท Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
ยท Verify that all systems meet companyโ€™s performance and quality standards through comprehensive testing.
ยท Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues beyond the capabilities of local service representatives.
ยท Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical issuesโ€”offering timely solutions to minimize downtime.
ยท Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required.
ยท Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all service and installation activities in accordance with companyโ€™s Quality System and Administrative policies.
ยท Collaborate with cross-functional teamsโ€”including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Educationโ€”to ensure project milestones and customer needs are met.
This is a home-based field position requiring approximately 70% travel to hospital sites. The role involves physical activity, including working in ceilings, under desks, and other hospital infrastructure spaces. Overnight stays and occasional weekend or holiday on-call coverage are required. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance.
