What We're Looking For

As a Fintech/Implementation Associate (official title: Associate, Fintech Onboarding), you will manage the day-to-day onboarding of multiple fintech programs. You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance alignment, technical readiness, and smooth implementation of banking and payment products.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage onboarding timelines for assigned fintech clients

  • Lead documentation gathering and compliance reviews (KYC, AML)

  • Guide clients through technical setup, including API integration and sandbox testing

  • Coordinate across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams

  • Track onboarding status and escalate issues when necessary

  • Contribute to documentation and repeatable onboarding frameworks

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in client implementation, onboarding, or fintech delivery

  • Strong knowledge of financial data structures and integration tools (e.g., APIs, SFTP)

  • Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
