The purpose of ourBusiness Immigration Paralegalis to work under the close supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager, responsible for independently analyzing information and documents, while also preparing, reviewing, and compiling immigration petitions and applications for Attorney review and filing.  The Business Immigration Paralegalwill also handle straightforward client/foreign national communicationsregardingcase processing and status in a timely manner, while providing excellent client service.Â
What you'll do:Â
- Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided during document collection.Â
- Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end).Â
- Applying strong attention to detail, ensure immigration petitions are prepared efficiently and accurately.Â
- Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorneyin a timely manner.Â
- Draft responses to requests for evidence as guided.Â
- Utilize online immigration case tracking system tomonitorcase status and activitieson a daily basis.Â
- Coordinate with Client Support Specialists the printing, scanning, and posting of cases and service requests.Â
- Respond to client communication requests - either via client contact, or directly with the foreign national.Â
- Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating client deadlines, whilstmaintainingan appropriate senseof urgency.Â
- Flag any ideas for process improvements and modifications toappropriate Attorney/Case Manager.Â
- Assistother team members with case or document preparation, asrequired.Â
- Contribute to positive team morale, even within a remote work environment.Â
What you bring:Â
- CompletedBachelor's Degree- highly desirable.Â
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions.Â
- Intermediate levelproficiencywith MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word).Â
- Experience with drafting petitions for a range of NIV cases preferred: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc. and/or experience with drafting green card processes (I-140 and AOS), and end-to-end PERM applications preferred.Â
- Experience working with a high volume of active and inactive cases at any one time.Â
- Experience communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationalsregardingcase requirements, including work on key accounts/clients.Â
- You have genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach.Â
- Excellentwritten andverbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar.Â
- Sharp eye for attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work.Â
- Abilitytofollowdue process, templates, and to adapt to evolving innovation within the Firm, and industry.Â
- Ability to collaborate with others as part of a team.Â
- You have excellent organizational skills andare able tomeet deadlines.Â
- Ability tomeet strict deadlines and prioritize caseload.Â
- A genuine interest in U.S. immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach.Â

Annual Salary Range $40,000-$70,000
