Job description

Location: Remote (US) -- you must reside in the United States

Compensation: $71,000-$100,000 base salary, plus commission

Employment: Full-time, permanent (direct hire)

A fast-growing staffing and workforce-solutions company is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for its fully remote national sales team. This is a pure hunter role: your focus is new client acquisition. If you are not a hunter, this is not the role for you.

What You'll Own

- Prospect and close new business with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies across the US

- Sell direct-hire and contingent professional staffing services plus an innovative MSP-for-Direct-Hire model

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through new-client onboarding

- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and influence decision-makers at every level

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers

- Attend industry events and grow US market share

What You'll Bring

- 7+ years selling professional staffing (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering) to mid-market and enterprise clients

- A proven track record of net-new client acquisition, not account management

- Strong relationships across the talent ecosystem (Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP and contingent-workforce program leaders)

- Established connections with decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering

- An entrepreneurial, hunter mindset and consultative selling skills

- A bachelor's degree (or an equivalent track record) and tech fluency (Dynamics or a similar CRM, Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have

- Experience selling MSP or VMS solutions (managed staffing programs)

- Familiarity with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY

If you know the professional staffing world, you are wired to hunt, and you have a network that opens doors at Tech, Finance, and Engineering enterprises, this remote seat has real upside.
