This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while engaging with clients across California. • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and diagnostic criteria.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, incorporating client feedback and evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Employ crisis intervention strategies as necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers, to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and telehealth practices.

At Hope Harbor, our clients encompass a diverse population seeking support for a range of mental health struggles. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or relationship conflicts. Our approach emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity to ensure that each client's unique background influences their treatment plan effectively.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, active California licensure as a Mental Health Therapist—LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated proficiency in providing therapeutic interventions.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Familiarity with coding and documentation practices relevant to mental health services.

• Experience within telehealth services or virtual counseling platforms.
• Specialized training or certifications in relevant therapeutic methodologies such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience collaborating with interprofessional teams and utilizing shared digital health records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
