Job Description
  • Lead the creation and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap, defining clear requirements to deliver high-impact solutions that align with market conditions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, while maximizing business value and return on investment.ย 
  • Bringย a deep working knowledge of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations to inform product decisions, including awareness of compliance and regulatory considerations relevant to AI use in hiring and recruitment contexts.ย ย 
  • Apply AI-enabled product management techniques, including preparing detailed development requirements designed to feed agentic coding workflows, leveraging LLM-based research, and staying current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape.ย 
  • Perform competitive, market trend, technology, and business model analyses alongside focus-groups, userย interviewsย and research to guide short- and long-term strategic product planning.ย 
  • Lead product release and go-to-market launch activities to ensure effective messaging, communication, and accountability for product adoption.ย 
  • Assistย with business case definition, justification, and validation; present recommendations to Senior Management and ensure successful outcomes from key stakeholders.ย 
  • Lead agile development processes in close partnership with engineering, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery, with familiarity across methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.ย 
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services to drive product development and release processes from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance and iteration.ย 
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor'sย degree in a relevant field, orย equivalent experience inย productย management.ย 
  • A minimum of 7-10ย years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology-driven services product management; adjacent industries welcome.ย 
  • Proven experience supporting Talent Acquisition functions through recruitment marketing products, HR tech platforms, or similar solutionsย requiredย or strongly preferred.ย 
  • Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar), withย criticalย thinking and attention to detail to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs effectively.ย 
  • Has shipped or contributed to products with AI or LLM-poweredย features orย has meaningful hands-on experience exploring their application in a product context.ย 
  • Familiar with agentic workflows, prompt engineering basics, and the practical trade-offs of AI-based product features.ย 
  • Experience designing, building, and testing commercial business applications with a focus on user experience, and a data-driven approach to product management;ย measuring outcomes and informing decisions quantitatively.ย 
  • Ability to articulate complex product requirements, think end-to-end across use cases, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver clear customer value.ย 
  • Strong communicator who can distill complex ideas clearly andย operateย independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.ย
