In this role, you will play a dual role in IT recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities. This individual contributor role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with a Level of detail who enjoys collaborating with mulitple teams. While this is a remote position, we are looking for someone who is located in the eastern time zone.

Your Role:

IT Recruiting (50% of the time)

Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across multiple functions.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies.

Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiations.

Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.

Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reports.

Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent.

HR Generalist Responsibilities (50% of your time)

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and

workplace matters.

Support activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data integrity.

Generate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making.

Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.

Partner with the HR team to drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions (or equivalent education/experience).
  • Prior experience working in a software or SaaS based technoloy company.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and ADP (preferred).
  • A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
  • The salary range is based on location and experience with this position.
